Install Spreed video calls on Nextcloud

This installation guide is tested with Nextcloud 11.

At first, install Coturn and WebRTC.

Install Spreed video calls

Click on Enable.

Configure Spreed video calls

Copy the turn secret

grep turnSecret /etc/spreed/webrtc.conf

and fill in at TURN server shared secret.

STUN server

stun.domain.xx:3478

TURN server

turn.domain.xx:3478

Conratulations! Spreed video calls is configured and running.
